12 m² room in Copenhagen

Hi, I’m renting out a 12 m² room from 1 March 2026. The room is located in Rødovre — the rent is DKK 5,500 and the deposit is paid one month before moving in; the deposit is DKK 5,000 and one month’s rent. Included in the rent are internet, electricity and free laundry. I have two cats, so it’s preferable that you are not allergic to them. But I also understand a closed door. Best regards, Frederikke
