Hello dear friends, Here we go again! We're looking for a new roomie for our collective on Østerbrogade, since our lovely roomie Caroline is moving. You'll be living with 6 wonderful roomies, a short spit from Poul Henningsens Plads and a stone's throw from Trianglen. PRACTICAL The lease is open-ended, the rent is around 4,600 DKK (+/-) and the room is about 12 sqm. The room is unfurnished. In addition there's a deposit of approx. 15,000 DKK + three months' prepaid rent. Each of us has our own rental contract, so we don't handle the rent....
