Looking for a roommate for my 2-room apartment in Trøjborg, with move-in from Feb 1 (with the possibility of Jan 15). The rent is (with expected housing benefit) 3,750 DKK, including advance payments for utilities (if consumption is not exceeded). The deposit is 11,925 DKK. The apartment is 54 sqm and has a lovely garden, which we take care of!
